What Data We Collect

We collect personal data only when you actively provide it or when analytics tools process anonymized usage data with your consent:

  • Contact form submissions – your name, email address, and message content. Processed to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
  • Analytics data – anonymized page views, session duration, and traffic source via Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-31F8LZDRDM). IP addresses are anonymized before processing. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via cookie banner).
  • Cookies – functional cookies required for the site to operate, and analytics cookies loaded only after your explicit consent. See “Cookie Policy” below.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months, then deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default), then automatically purged.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access – request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification – correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure – request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Restriction – limit how we process your data
  • Portability – receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection – object to data processing based on legitimate interest
  • Withdraw consent – revoke cookie consent at any time without affecting prior processing
